InfoDecode Tech provides professional IT, design, and digital marketing services. All services will be carried out based on agreed project scope, requirements, and timelines discussed with the client.

By engaging with InfoDecode Tech, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete project information.

• Supply necessary content, files, or materials on time.

• Ensure that you have the rights or permissions for any content you provide (such as images, logos, text).

• Review and approve deliverables within a reasonable time.

• Project fees will be agreed upon before starting work.

• Payments may be required upfront, in milestones, or upon completion depending on project terms.

• Late payments may delay project delivery.

• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Revisions are limited to what is included in the agreed project scope.

• Additional revisions or changes outside of scope may incur extra charges.

• Final deliverables will be shared once full payment has been received.

• Upon full payment, you will own the rights to the final deliverables created for your project.

• InfoDecode Tech reserves the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio or marketing materials (unless otherwise agreed in writing).

• Any tools, frameworks, or third-party software used remain the property of their respective owners.

We respect your confidentiality. All project information and client data will be treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

• InfoDecode Tech will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

• While we take every care in delivering secure, high-quality work, we cannot guarantee 100% error-free, virus-free, or uninterrupted service.

• Responsibility for how the final product is used lies with the client.

Some projects may require third-party services, tools, or plugins (e.g., hosting providers, payment gateways, marketing tools). InfoDecode Tech is not responsible for the performance, downtime, or issues caused by third-party providers.

• Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice.

• In case of termination, the client will be billed for work completed up to the termination date.

• Advance payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Vadodara.

InfoDecode Tech reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on our website with the revised effective date.
