Payment Policy

At InfoDecode Tech, we believe in transparent and fair payment practices. This Payment Policy outlines how payments are handled for services such as website development, product design, Android app development, project development, marketing, and SEO.

1. Payment Gateway

  • All payments are processed securely through Razorpay.

  • Accepted payment methods include:

    • Credit Cards & Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, American Express, etc.)

    • Net Banking (all major banks)

    • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)

    • Digital Wallets

    • Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) options (subject to Razorpay partner approval).

2. Advance Payment

  • Projects typically require an advance payment before work begins.

  • The advance secures the project timeline and resources.

3. Milestone Payments

  • For larger projects, payments may be split into milestones (e.g., design, development, testing, final delivery).

  • Work on the next milestone begins only after the previous milestone payment is cleared.

4. Final Payment

  • The final deliverables will only be handed over after full and final payment has been received.

  • Delays in final payment may delay delivery of files, source code, or live deployment.

5. Late Payments

Payments not received on time may result in:

  • Suspension of ongoing work.

  • Delay in delivery timelines.

  • Additional late payment charges (if applicable).

6. Non-Refundable Payments

  • All payments made are non-refundable as per our [Refund & Cancellation Policy].

  • Once payment is processed, it cannot be reversed.

7. Taxes

  • All applicable taxes (GST or others, if applicable in your region) will be added to the invoice.

8. Third-Party Costs

  • Costs related to third-party services (such as hosting, domains, plugins, marketing tools, or paid ads) are the responsibility of the client.

  • These payments are billed separately and are non-refundable.

9. Dispute Resolution

  • Any payment-related disputes should be reported immediately.

  • We encourage clients to resolve issues directly with us before raising disputes through Razorpay or their bank.
